1.8T 20V exhaust valves SUPERTECH

Exhaust valves from Supertech for all 1.8T 20V engines.The VAG standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break on engines with a significant increase in power or with long mileage.The standard valves are hollow inside and sodium-cooled. With a very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!Supertech valves offer the following advantages: High temperature resistance Strong tear resistance Special heat-treated material High strength material Inconel or black nitrided Inconel is a very strong metal alloy and is used in racing engines, among other things. Valves from Supertech are made from an extremely heat-resistant alloy.The Supertech valves are suitable for engines with turbocharging and nitrous oxide injection where high exhaust temperatures are used.The kit contains 8 valves for the original valve keys. +1mm requires 1-wedge Supertech wedges.We run this Supertech valve kit successfully in our 1.8T test Golf.
