1.8T Race timing belt high performance KIT

High-performance timing belt kit for 1.8T engines. Maximum reinforcement of the timing side! Essential from approx. 300 hp upwards to prevent engine damage. Particularly necessary for engines with reinforced valve springs. Included in the kit: GATES/Continental Racing Kevlar timing belt Mechanical belt tensioner (kit) High torque pulley (kit) ARP screw Camshaft sprocket Central bolt pulley ARP We also recommend replacing the water pump. This is a major weak point in the 1.8T engines! The kit does not fit the longitudinally installed AEB engine in the Audi A4. The timing belt should always be checked for good tension!
