2.0 TDI EA288 T6 oil cooler-kit from 2015 BAR-TEK®

First oil cooler kit on the market developed for the 2.0 TDI engine from 2015 by BAR-TEK® The T6 engines already struggle with high oil temperatures from the factory. If you are travelling in midsummer or using the T6 as a towing vehicle, temperatures of 140 C° are not uncommon. Our oil cooler kit prevents high oil temperatures, ensuring constant oil pressure and optimum oil quality. This has a positive effect on the service life of the 2.0 TDI engine. The nylon-coated lines are robust, weather-resistant and ensure a long service life and optimum flow. For models with ACC, we supply a smaller 13 Setrab Pro Line oil cooler for space reasons. We recommend using our special TDI oil! Fitting instructions: The radiator should be installed as low as possible, otherwise oil pressure problems may occur in exceptional cases! For vehicles with a distance sensor in the front bumper, a customised position for the radiator must be found. Caution: After fitting the kit, noise may occur, but this is harmless. The noise is similar to a "whirring", which can be caused by the pulsation of the oil through the pipes.
