2.0 TFSI EA113 & EA888 High Torque Pulley Kit BAR-TEK®

One of the biggest weak points in TFSI & TSI engines is the screw connection of the belt pulley to the crankshaft. This weak point was already known in the G60 engine and led to major engine damage not only in tuned engines when the guide groove on the crankshaft sheared off. Our high-torque kit reinforced replaces the belt drive on the crankshaft with an additional guide pin made of high-strength quality steel.Included in the kit: Pulley with pre-drilled hole for the guide pin Special drill bit Reamer Stainless steel guide pin We recommend pinning for all TFSI & TSI engines with increased power.
