2.0 TFSI EA113 upgrade Pressure relief valve for fuel system
Upgrade Pressure relief valve for the fuel system for all 2.0 TFSI with more than 300 hp. The fuel supply in the TFSI engine consists of two circuits: Firstly, the low-pressure system (pump in the tank) with approx. 3 to 5 bar working pressure. The low-pressure pump supplies the high-pressure pump on the engine, which operates at a high pressure of 50 to 130 bar. From an engine output of 300 hp, the high-pressure pump should be replaced with a more powerful one. This upgrade valve MUST also be used! This valve establishes the connection between high and low pressure. This valve is absolutely essential to maintain a constant higher fuel pressure. Working pressure up to 145 bar
