V2 K04 upgrade turbocharger from Turbo-Total up to 500 hp for 2.0 TSI EA888 engines with chain. With our V3 upgrade turbocharger we have a completely revised turbo with which you can achieve an engine output of up to 500 hp. Suitable components such as e. g. Exhaust system with downpipe, high-pressure pump, injection nozzles and suitable software tuning are required for 500 hp. To ensure that the whole thing lasts and is suitable for everyday use, reinforced conrods with forged pistons must be installed. Here we recommend: our Mahle - conrods & piston set. Our V2 upgrade turbocharger is based on KKK K04 and is therefore a plug & play fit for the typical TSI downpipe intake and pressure lines. Blue coating of the manifold is not included in the price: The ceramic coating is better than any heat tape. The process is still applied individually by hand to each component. All kinds of components such as manifolds or turbocharger exhaust turbines can be coated. First, a base coating is applied in a beige colour. Then up to 14 different colours can be selected. The price is calculated according to effort and colour and starts at 250 euros upwards.
