The known problem with the 2.0L and 2.5L TFSI high-pressure pumps is a leaking shaft seal in the pump itself. This results in fuel in the engine oil and ultimately major engine damage due to oil thinning (bearing damage). Our new sealing ring is supplied as a unit for easy replacement. Also for E85.
