Chain tensioner for the oil pump for all 2.0L TSI engines of the third generation, such as in the Golf 7 GTI, Cupra, Audi TT and many more. The engine oil pump is the heart of every engine. It pumps the oil through nozzles, guides and channels to the important engine components. This keeps all internal components lubricated and cool during operation. If the chain tensioner is faulty or defective, engine damage is inevitable. The tensioner should be checked at regular intervals and should always be replaced when the engine is built. This is the only way to prevent the chain from jumping.
