Upgrade water pump with metal wheel for all chain driven 2.0L TSI engines, such as in the Golf 7 GTI, Audi S3 and many more. The problem with the series water pumps is that the plastic wheel can come loose from the shaft. As a result, the water pump drops completely and the engine gets hot. This can cause a capital engine damage! Since this is not uncommon, we have set ourselves the task of eliminating this problem. Our RACE water pump has a sturdy wheel, made entirely of metal! Thus, you do not need to worry about a failure of the water pump. The pump cover is also completely made of metal, which gives the whole pump unit even more stability. Complete unit with O-ring.
