High-end bolt-on turbocharger for the EA855EVO engine that puts everything else in the shade - outstanding response behaviour with an output of up to 800 hp and enormous torque. Designed for top performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither a upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are of extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing specially manufactured for this turbocharger, an integral exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust gas flow rate is used. The latest technology can be found underneath the housing. The highlight is an extremely high-quality left-handed Garrett G-series trunk group. The compressor housing has been designed so that the tuning items available at accesories can be used. For example, most accesories intakes fit without modification to the turbocharger and can simply be attached to the holes provided. The exhaust housing integrated into the exhaust manifold has an increased exhaust flow rate and has been specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series trunk assembly of the Garrett G35-900. A 1050°C resistant stainless steel was chosen as the material. The duct routing is adapted to the performance and flow-optimised. Another advantage: all downpipes fit to the outlet of the exhaust housing. No replacement is necessary. This means you can rebuild the vehicle if necessary. This ultimately saves a lot of time and money. The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and specialised knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance-optimised condition in order to achieve the maximum possible performance. Please just ask) Ceramic coating is better than any heat tape. The process is still applied individually by hand to each component. All kinds of components such as exhaust manifold or turbocharger exhaust turbines can be coated. First a base coating in beige is applied. Then up to 14 different colours can be selected. The price is calculated according to effort and colour and starts at 250 euros upwards.
