High-pressure fuel pump for 3.0L TFSI engines We have converted the original fuel pump to achieve a higher fuel pressure and flow rate for your 3.0L TFSI engine. Our upgrade high-pressure pump delivers a full 50 % more than the standard pump ! Suitable for all 3.0 TFSI engines such as the Audi S4 and Audi S5. Features of the BAR-TEK ® High-pressure pump : Increases the petrol pressure thanks to larger piston Standard piston diameter: 10mm, upgrade piston diameter: 11.5mm Less wear and friction thanks to DLC coating 50 % more power than standard pump A must for tuned TFSI engines Tested up to 8500 RPM Plug & play installation The software must be adapted after conversion. Important: After installation, the vehicle must NOT be started immediately ! Switch on the ignition and wait a little until the pre-feed pump has delivered the fuel supply to the high-pressure pump. Only then may the engine be started. Otherwise, the new pump may fail immediately!
