4.0L TFSI EA825 SUV Large Bore Downpipes BAR-TEK®

Stainless steel downpipe for Audi 4.0L TFSI engines such as those installed in the Porsche Cayenne, Audi RSQ8 or Lamborghini Urus. Our downpipe is made of stainless steel and has a pipe diameter at the supercharger outlet of 115 mm, reduced to the standard dimension of the exhaust system of 70 mm or 2.75". The special feature is that the downpipe is also thermally insulated to better protect surrounding components and dissipate heat more effectively. The downpipe is fitted directly to the turbocharger outlet. The downpipe no longer has a catalytic converter and therefore provides a significant increase in power and torque. The lower exhaust back pressure and better heat dissipation ensure a longer service life for both turbocharger. As an option, the downpipe can also be ordered with two high-flow cats or even two HJS cats. We also provide silver-plated K-nuts for installation, which are particularly heat-resistant.
