Audi 2.7L Biturbo intake Valves SUPERTECH

Black nitrided intake valves from Supertech for all Audi 2.7T 30V Biturbo engines.The VAG standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break in engines with a significant increase in power or with long mileage.The standard valves are hollow inside and sodium-cooled. With a very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!Supertech valves offer the following advantages: High temperature resistance Strong tear resistance Black nitrided material Available in the following sizes: Original size with 3 grooves for valve wedges Original size with 1 groove for valve wedges 1mm oversize with 1 groove for valve cotters For 1mm oversize valves, the valve seat must be adapted.The kit contains 18 valves without valve wedges.
