As you would expect, the RacingLine DSG- oil cooler is a beautifully detailed complete kit designed for the DQ250 6-speed DSG gearbox. The system is designed for easy installation and maximum reliability. Everything needed for a perfect fit is included. HIGHLY EFFICIENT COOLERThe 10-row design efficiently cools the hot oil through a series of pressed aluminium plates. Heat is dissipated as cold air flows through the cooler. TEMPERATURE CONTROLOur unique adapter block incorporates a clever internal thermostat that only allows oil to flow through the cooler when the temperature exceeds 82°C. PRECISELY MACHINEDPrecision manufactured using the latest 5-axis CNC machines for a perfect fit. NYLON BRAID LINESOur oil lines feature an attractive outer nylon braid that is backed by a stainless steel inner mesh for maximum resilience reinforced. The protective outer cover prevents friction damage. COOL AIRThe front brackets of the RacingLine radiator kit optimise airflow, ensuring that the oil temperature drops and excess heat is efficiently dissipated.
