This hose is getting worn and hard after some years and can create leaks so that the ECU is getting wrong signals. The boost hose MUST be in a good shape. High quality from GATES. We recommend to check all boost hoses in the engine bay. For example the hose between ECU and manifold. Delivered the red line in the picture.
