Determine the A/R value correctly: The A/R value determines the exhaust gas flow rate of the exhaust gas housing and is therefore largely responsible for the performance behaviour of turbocharger and the engine. Basically, the smaller the A/R value, the earlier the turbocharger responds, but on the other hand, the exhaust back pressure increases and the maximum output decreases.
