Kill-Kit for secondary air pump (SAI) square plug BAR-TEK®

Plug & Play kit for all 1.8T and all other Audi and VW engines for removing the secondary pump (kill kit). 1x resistor for secondary pump 2x square adapter plugs for control valves 1x sealing plate for cylinder head (with O-ring and VA screws) With this kit, the complete secondary unit can be removed from your 1.8T engine. Control unit no longer displays error codes! On some vehicles, the secondary air pump may also have to be programmed in the ECU. Installation: Remove the secondary air pump. The resistor must simply be soldered into the wiring harness that leads to the secondary pump. The resistor effectively replaces the secondary pump so that the engine control unit does not report an error. Completely remove the EGR valve at cylinder head. Close the open channel on the cylinder head with our aluminium sealing plate. Connect the hose from the blow off valve (SUV or also called blow-off) directly to the intake manifold. Now two solenoid valves without function remain. Simply replace these valves with our two adapter plugs. Depending on the engine code, these valves are located under the intake manifold or on the valve cover. However, it is easy to find these valves as it is self-explanatory if you follow this sequence.
