Black nitrided intake valves in 1mm oversize from Supertech for all BMW S42, M42, M50, S50, M52 and M54 engines.The standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break in engines with a significant increase in power or with long mileage.The standard valves are hollow inside and sodium-cooled. With the very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!Supertech valves offer the following advantages: High temperature resistance Strong tear resistance Black nitrided material Available in the following sizes: 1mm oversize with 1 groove for valve wedges Standard size on disc with 1 groove for valve keys For 1mm oversize valves, the valve seat must be adapted.The kit contains 12 valves without valve wedges.
