Our titanium flex pipes are made from the highest quality grade 2 titanium. The titanium flex pipe is used to compensate for temperature expansion and vibrations in the exhaust system. Thanks to its special properties, titanium is an ideal material for the construction of exhaust systems in motorsport. Low weight combined with very high strength allows the use of even thinner material thicknesses, making an exhaust system made from high-quality titanium components extremely light and robust at the same time. Features: extremely light extremely stable Titanium Grade 2 is one of a total of four pure titanium grades. The material has excellent flexibility and is very easy to weld. Typical areas of application for Grade 2 are corrosion-resistant products in the chemical industry, the marine sector and in vehicle and aircraft construction, where maximum formability and durability are required.
