The Power port with sensor cap for data acquisition/logging is also Turbosmart's largest blow-off valve with the highest flow rate. Designed to be as light as possible and keep vehicle weight low. The innovative dual-chamber design allows it to be held open using an electromagnet to aid turbocharger response and control during staging to ensure the best possible start and the integrated position sensor allows you to see what the BOV is doing. The sensor provides an easily analysable analogue signal (0-5V) for connection to the data logger. The data collected in this way can be used to maximise turbocharger performance. With a flow rate of over 600 CFM through its 2.5-inch (63 mm) intake, this diaphragm-actuated valve is designed to flow large volumes of air for high performance applications while providing market-leading responsiveness and boost handling. Twin port control enables advanced control strategies. Options include an integrated valve position sensor and specific part numbers for supercharged applications. However, it can also be used with a conventional single port.
