The external wastegate GenV CompGate40 is a cost-effective external wastegate, which was developed for high thermal requirements. Based on the modular architecture of the GenV range, the motorsport version features an additional CFD controlled heat sink which has been proven to dissipate more heat and further protect the actuator housing from thermal stress. The GenV offers extensive user configurability, world leading thermal performance, fatigue resistance and superior flow for optimum control and longevity. The GenV CompGate40 is a major redesign of a classic from Turbosmart. The only feature carried over from the Gen4 series is the mounting orientation. CFD optimised and internally validated for maximum flow and optimum thermal management. The GenV range has more features, options and performance than any other wastegate in its class. A direct fit upgrade for all Gen4 wastegates from Turbosmart.
