V3 Water-methanol injection Standard Controller AEM

AEM water/methanol injection for turbo engines with up to 2.4 bar boost pressure. The perfect kit to utilise the full potential of your engine. This kit reduces the intake air temperature by vaporising an atomised water/methanol mixture injected into the intake pipe. Due to this effect and because the intake air is up to 50 degrees cooler, considerably more oxygen now reaches the combustion chamber and more oxygen means more boost. The set contains: Standard controller Internal 2.4 bar MAP sensor Failsafe output Status and warning LED Three interchangeable injectors, 250cc/min, 500 cc/min & 1,000cc/min 13.8 bar pump choice of small or large storage tank Fluid level sensor Nylon cables and wiring harness The controller in the AEM kit contains an integrated "Boost Safe" function that monitors the entire injection system. This immediately recognises errors (short circuit, faulty connection, wire breakage, overheated pump, high or low voltage signal etc..) AEM's internal water/methanol injection pump does not switch on and off, ensuring continuous quiet operation. The robust design includes integrated hose connections, EPDM gaskets and a Santoprene diaphragm that ensures consistent and reliable fluid delivery.
