With the StraightGate series, Turbosmart has designed an external wastegate with which you can simply mount the original electric actuator in an external wastegate! If you want to drive your EA888 with real power, you will inevitably need a large turbo (G30 upwards) with an external wastegate. The problem is often the control via the original control unit and usually requires a freely programmable control unit. This is exactly where Turbosmart comes in. With the StraightGate50, the original servomotor is inserted into an external wastegate. Technically simple but highly effective, because now you control the external wastegate with the original ECU.
